About Louisville Kentucky Inspections
LKI has over 30 years of combined experience providing quality inspections for their customers. The founder, Scott Tincher, voluntarily performed a year-long apprenticeship with Northern Kentucky Inspections’ (NKI) owner and operator. LKI and NKI work hand-in-hand to provide thorough and honest residential and commercial inspections to our customers.
As a customer, you are the priority and it’s LKI’s #1 goal to make certain you’re completely satisfied. Scott takes his job very seriously. For example, when handling roof inspections, Scott will walk the roof carefully and make sure that every detail is in order. LKI can handle a variety of services, including radon testing, cistern and well inspections, termite inspections, and septic inspections.
