If you’re looking for an inspection with the buyer’s best interest in mind, look no further. Scott helped identify problematic areas of the roof including incorrect flashing, granules in the gutters and around downspouts, and multiple layers of shingles. His attention to detail, time spent to thoroughly inspect, and knowledge is second to none.
